The license
These images are not offered under a Creative Commons license or any other public license. You may look at them on this website. You may not copy them, download them for reuse, publish them, or sell them unless we give written permission.
If we photographed your day
We keep the copyright. Once your booking is paid in full, you have a personal license to download, share, and print the images and films for yourself and your family. That license does not cover commercial use. Commercial use needs our written okay.
Ask permission to use an image
Write to info@elenakayphotography.com or use the contact page. Name the image, where you want to use it, and whether the use is personal, editorial, or commercial. We reply with a yes, a no, or the terms for a license.
