Riviera Waterfront Mansion vs Crescent Beach Club

Both put you on the water, but the water sits on opposite shores. The Riviera looks out over the South Shore bay, Crescent Beach Club over the Long Island Sound. The difference shapes your light and your timeline.

Option A

Riviera Waterfront Mansion, Massapequa

Option B

Crescent Beach Club, Bayville

The water and the light

The Riviera is our flagship room, and the shot to plan the whole day around is the cocktail hour light coming off the bay. We know exactly where to be when it lands.

Crescent Beach Club gives you a true sand and water ceremony on the Sound, with a wide open beach that glows late in the day.

How the day runs

At the Riviera the timeline moves fast and the grounds hour is built in, so we build portraits around the bay light before the reception.

At a beach club the sand and the open sky reward a portrait window timed to sunset, so we plan the evening around being outside when the light is best.

Which to choose

Choose the Riviera for that South Shore bay glow and a room we know by heart. Choose Crescent Beach Club for a barefoot, beachfront feel on the North Shore.

The bottom line

Both are waterfront, but the Riviera is bay light on the South Shore and Crescent Beach Club is Sound beach on the North Shore. We have shot the Riviera enough that our couples notice.
